大家好，我是Jack，今天要介绍中国特色工作签证与中国技术工人签证。2008年中国与新西兰正式签署了《中新自由贸易协定》，由此产生了三类特别针对中国公民开放的工作签证：打工度假签证(Working Holiday Visa)、中国特色工作签证(China Special Work Visa)、中国技术工人签证(China Skilled Workers Visa)。

上述三类签证是中新协定谈判中的一项重要成果，是中华人民共和国政府输出中国文化，增强文化自信，消减文化自卑主义、民族虚无主义，推动中国文化全球影响力崛起的顶层设计之一：不是中国要全球化，而是全球要中国化。

#中国特色工作签证政策

在中国特色工种清单中，共有5类职业被列入。

一、中国特色工作签证(China Special Work Visa)政策红利：

  • 1. 可以不需要懂英文(中文导游职位除外。中方政策逻辑是希望你去影响身边的洋人讲中文)；
  • 2. 雇主无需是认可雇主(不需要获得INZ的认可雇主资格才能担保)；
  • 3. 豁免劳动力市场测试(不用雇主证明岗位没有新西兰人可以代替)；
  • 4. 最长可获得3年工作签证且允许申请居留权；
  • 5. 持旅游签证入境的中国厨师允许就地转签；
  • 6. 快速审批，只要符合条件不会拒签
