If you get a job in an occupation on the LTSSL and meet the list requirements, you may be granted a Work to Residence visa under the Long Term Skill Shortage List work visa. This means that you may be eligible to apply for residence in two years, provided you meet standard requirements and that job has a base salary of at least NZ$45,000.
Residence from Work Category(English requirements):
Principal applicants applying under Religious Worker instructions must meet the minimum standard of English.

Principal applicants applying under any other Residence from Work category do not have to meet English language requirements.

简单说持有LTSSL work visa(隶属Work to residence instructions)满2年并且年薪要达到45K(税前基本工资), 然后再申请Long Term Skill Shortage List Resident Visa(隶属Residence from Work Category)就可以了.
RWC移民类别除了Religious Worker(宗教工作者)有雅思要求外, 其他的职业并没有提出需要做英语水平测试, 也就是说不需要雅思. 虽说如此, 但实际上考虑到有时会有电调, 所以申请人的英文不能太差, 至少要能简单会话(能听懂生日是多少这样的问题), Long Term Skill Shortage List Resident Visa已经是一个居民签证(PR)了.
Long Term Skill Shortage List Resident Visa具体的申请条件如下:
1.age range-55 and under
2.Identity-You must provide proof of your identity
3.Character-You must be of good character
4.Health-You must be in good health
5.Current work visa-You must have a current Long Term Skill Shortage List Work Visa and have held it for at least 24 months
6.Ongoing employment-You must have been employed in New Zealand for 24 months and have ongoing, full-time employment
7.Minimum income-You must have a minimum base salary of NZ$45,000
8.Occupational registration-You may need New Zealand registration
